If you’ve ever written out and tried to calculate this manually (like I did), you’ll find this SC2 Build Order Calculator by Haploid really handy.
It doesn’t take into account the time the workers gathering minerals so its recommended that you add in a few seconds for the travel time.

You should check out wizardofwin.com. It actually computes the fastest time to get to whatever # of units you put in. Pretty slick.
